Yesterday I had a colonoscopy procedure performed by Doctor Edwards and his team.
Being new to all of this, I was rather anxious and worried about the procedure.
From the moment I entered the Hospital and dealt with the front desk staff until the moment i walked out of there i knew I was in the best of care.
To all that were involved, from front desk to Dr Edwards and the anaesthetist, the nurses and all the way to the discharge nurse, a very heartfelt thank you.
Your professionalism, care and bedside manner was nothing short of brilliant.

I had a gastroscopy and colonoscopy in your day surgery today and just wanted to commend the staff, especially the lovely nurse who stroked my forehead whilst I was going under anaesthetic.
Whilst no one really wants to have to attend a day surgery I must say that it was a pleasure to find such wonderful people there from the reception through to the admitting nurse and theatre and discharge nurses.
Last but not least Dr. Baker and of course my surgeon Dr. Abbi Hanna made me feel very comfortable.
On the 18th of November I had a small procedure at Liverpool Day Surgery. I would just like to thank the staff as their service was impeccable. At no time was there one staff member that was not polite, caring and most of all smiling.
Please pass on my thanks to the staff.
I had a procedure last Friday and it was the first time I had been to Liverpool Day Surgery; please accept my appreciation and convey my thanks and congratulations to the wonderful staff you have. I could not help but, be impressed with their professional, pleasant and helpful attitude, it made for a very unusual feeling (in these situations) of almost joy. I cannot speak highly enough of your facilities and staff.
I had day surgery in your hospital on Monday, and I just wanted to let you know that all the staff (both admin and nursing) that I dealt with on the day were fantastic. Right through from the lady at the admissions desk, to Jan who took blood pressure etc, the anaesthetist, the recovery nurses and Doctor Lee were excellent. It’s so great to see staff in a hospital with a smile on their faces and willing to have a chat to cheer up the patients, as I have been to other hospitals where you don’t get such nice treatment. In particular, the recovery nurses (a male and female – I don’t remember their names) were brilliant.
I had my gastroscopy at LDS in February and it was the most pleasant experience considering I was going in for minor surgery. The staff were amazing from start to finish. I really hate needles but the nurses and doctors including my own specialist Dr. Abi-Hanna really made me feel calm. I’m always very anxious when it comes to medical procedures but your amazing staff turned it into a wonderful experience and my results came back perfect too.
A BIG THANK YOU
This time last week my pre admission preparations for the endoscopy and colonoscopy were nearly complete. However, I was quite anxious, and far from relaxed, about what was scheduled for the following morning.
But… from when I arrived at the Liverpool Day Surgery things began to change. The warm friendliness and professionalism of the LDS Team helped me settle down as various members ‘organised’ me from what was ahead. Their relax professionalism was very reassuming. From reception through to administration of the anesthetic, each member of the team was both calm and kind as they helped me through each stage. The same applied to post-procedure, various members of the team were on hand to assist my preparations for discharge.
Thank you very much for your professional services. Last week is now a distant memory!

On the 20th August, 2013 I had knee surgery performed in your facility.
I would like to commend the entire staff on their professionalism and courteousness throughout my stay.
