Our History
Liverpool Day Surgery began as a small purpose-built surgical centre in 1991, initially specialising in endoscopy procedures. Over the years, the facility expanded to support growing health demands including Cataract Surgery, and further Endoscopic Services.
A major redevelopment between 2000–2004 transformed the hospital into a modern surgical facility with expanded theatres, recovery areas, upgraded sterilisation services, and specialist consulting suites. Today, the hospital continues to invest in advanced technology, education, and patient-centred flow to provide top care and support in same-day procedures.
Our Team
Liverpool Day Surgery is supported by an experienced multidisciplinary team including Doctors, anaesthetists, nurses, theatre staff, and administrative professionals dedicated to delivering safe and personalised patient care.
