Assoc. Professor Andrew Gilmore is a colorectal surgeon and the long standing Chair of the Complex Pelvic Surgery Unit at the Liverpool Hospital, Sydney , as well as VMO at the Macquarie University Hospital.  He performs pelvic exoneration surgery, complex abdominal wall reconstruction and complex primary and redo laparoscopic colectomy.  He has the largest experience of natural orifice specimen extraction (NOSE) in colectomy and of isoperitstaltic side-to-side stricturoplasty for Crohn’s disease  in Australia.
